Description
The Igla is an infrared homing surface-to-air missile launcher which underwent a decade of military research before being accepted into service by the Soviet Army in 1983. Showing a better resistance to countermeasures than the earlier Strela family, with a comparable performance to the contemporary FIM-92 Stinger, the Igla is a robust AA system for those days when the rain isn’t taking down american jets for you.
